Take Action

There’s a saying that “the antidote to despair is action" and another saying that "the antidote for division is unity". You’ve come to the right place to “do something” to shed your despair and find community unity.

Here at Anthem Indivisible, we organize for collective action. A local group like ours can build and wield power in ways that individuals can't. To create change we need the collective constituent power that comes from working together. Together we can create the country we need.

We are glad you're here! There's plenty of work to be done.

Make Your Voice Heard

Use Your Constituent Power to connect with your elected officials. These tools make it easy for you to contact your elected officials and let them know what is important to you. Most of the tools include information to help you understand the issue, a script to use and customize, direct connections to your elected, and best practices to help you deliver your message.

5calls.org. 5 Calls helps you find your legislators and make calls on import issues. The daily call list covers a range issues, e.g., opposing nominees for government posts, free speech, executive orders, etc. A typical day will have 50 different opportunities for you to pick from. Also, 5 Calls publishes a weekly newsletter so you can follow the issues you care about.

ClimateActionNow. This site is a place to make calls, sign petitions, and send emails related to climate issues. It also doubles as an education site for clean energy issues. Climate Action Now covers federal, state, and county/city climate issues.

CEBV. Beyond casting a ballot, your voice matters in Arizona. Civic Engagement Beyond Voting is a grassroots, nonpartisan organization dedicated to empowering residents to actively shape their state and local communities. By closely following the Arizona legislature and a wide range of state and local boards and commissions, CEBV bridges the gap between Arizonans and their elected officials. Their newsletter delivers a curated list of "Take Action" issues, and a simple click to the left showcases the multitude of ways CEBV helps you make a difference.
